Steve Moody, MSW received his Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Social Behaviors from the University of California, Irvine. He went on to receive his Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Southern California. At USC, his clinical focus was on working with families including marital therapy and relationships. Steven is currently working under the supervision of Todd Huisken, MFT.
Steve has worked as a therapist for the Orange County Department of Education at locations including Juvenile Hall and the Youth Guidance Center working with incarcerated youth. He also has worked with a law firm doing consultations and therapy with car accident and trauma victims.
Steve's training and internships included working at Hoag Community Medicine, an outpatient mental health facility, doing individual and couples therapy along with group therapy. He also interned at the Youth Guidance Center doing therapy with at-risk youth.
Steve specializes in relationships and marital counseling, post-traumatic stress and anxiety, and addiction.
